Our Policies

At JPF Aesthetic Studios, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Aesthetic Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

It is very important to us to be able to provide quality services and treatments to all our clients. We therefore kindly ask that you will adhere to our following T’s&C’s:

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment date will result in your 50% booking deposit being forfeited. Please re-schedule your appointment before this time.

APPOINTMENTS:

Please be at the Studio at least 5 minutes before your booked appointment time. Clients are required to complete necessary Treatment Consent Forms before any treatment can be done.
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time will unfortunately be reduced, and full rates will still apply. Thank you in advance for your consideration in this regard.

PAYMENTS:

We DO NOT accept cash, ONLY card payments.

A non-refundable 50% booking deposit is required on all treatments to secure your appointment booking.
All treatments or skin products must be paid for at the time of your treatment or purchase.

Our package pricing signifies a major discount off from single treatment prices and therefore payment for a package must be made at the time of the first treatment. If a package is discontinued at the request of a client, treatments received will be charged at the individual once-off (non-package discount) price.
All our treatment package prices are valid for 3 months and thereafter subject to change. We have a non-refundable policy on all our pre-paid treatment packages.

RETURN POLICY:

Unopened skin products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the receipt.
BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT AT JPF AESTHETIC STUDIOS, WE CONFIRM IT AS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL ABOVE-MENTIONED TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
